Following my stem cell transplant and chemotherapy treatment, I was left with a pain in my chest that was residual from my tumors there. My doctor said that it was the “new me” and something I would get used to. I heard about Michelle’s transformational bodywork, and after one session my pain is 100% gone. I want other people to know, so that hopefully they too can be freed from their pain.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia two years ago. I have been trying to manage the chronic pain with only a few people willing to help. Normally if I mention hip, shoulder, or neck pain to a professional, they blame it entirely on the fibromyalgia. To come into such a caring environment and have real solutions to some of my discomfort, means everything to me. Michelle and Thad made so many improvements to my body, shared their vast and vital knowledge with me, lifted my spirits, and gave me peace of mind and so much hope. It was an extraordinary experience performed by two extraordinary people…I am forever grateful!
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
As a practicing massage therapist for over 5 years, I began to fall more in love with the human body and how to properly take care of it. I decided I wanted to venture off to start my own business specializing in sports massage and self-care for crossfit athletes. This seemed like the perfect time to become a yoga instructor. I researched every program from the south shore up into Boston to find the best fit. What caught my eye most about Michelle’s program was the emphasis on anatomy and the human body, as well as the wide variety of elective options she has come through her studio. I couldn’t have chosen a better program. It gave me the functional and therapeutic baseline I needed to start my practice and supplemented the work I had already been working so hard on. I loved getting to choose certifications that fit my lifestyle and what I planned on doing after I graduated. The program’s schedule worked great for me so that it didn’t interfere too much with booking clients. Being an anatomy nerd myself, I would find it hard to believe you would get the same education for the same price anywhere else. Michelle is an open source of information and variety. You can take what you want from her classes. I wouldn’t have wanted to get started anywhere else. Thank you Michelle!
Orthopedic Yoga Teacher Training Retreat
What an adventure! I was in Costa Rica for a little over a week with Michelle & Thadd for an Orthopedic Yoga Teacher Training, and I didn’t really know what to expect. I couldn’t believe the amount of material they prepared for us. Being a massage therapist made the material a bit easier to follow as it was very anatomically heavy, as well as mostly hands-on therapeutic work. As a New England girl, I would be lying if I said I didn’t struggle a little being in the jungle haha. But the challenge from the environment as well as the program pushed me to see just what I was capable of! And the results we got with our clients at the end of the training were spectacular. I honestly didn’t see it coming. It’s worth doing at least once!
