NOT ALL YOGA IS THE SAME
Yoga, an ancient but perfect science, deals with the evolution of humanity. This evolution includes all aspects of one’s being, from bodily health to self-realization. Yoga means union – the union of body with consciousness and consciousness with the soul. Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day-to-day life and endows skill in the performance of one’s actions.
~ B.K.S. Iyengar, Astadala Yogamala
Transformational yoga is our unique approach to the practice. We keep our classes small, and in the comfort of our beautiful and intimate studios we work with every student and their unique needs, desires, and goals to ensure a personalized approach.
All of our instructors are highly trained to provide each student with the information and assistance needed to work with all different levels and situations. Whether you are looking to de-stress the mind with our classes designed to alleviate anxiety and depression, wanting to rid yourself of aches and pains associated with arthritis, fibromyalgia, back pain, or knee problems, or you are just looking for the best work-out of your life, we have a class specifically designed for you.

Or you may want to schedule a brief consultation before your first class to discuss your particular goals and get some guidance on how to begin. Perhaps you have some specific needs and desires you would like to address, such as cardiac problems, joint issues, anxiety and mood disorders, back or knee problems, etc. In this case, you might consider booking a private session with one of our instructors before joining a group class. This first time visit is $90 for a 75 minute session. Subsequent visits are $75 for a 60 minute session.
If you are interested in working with our director and founder of Orthopedic Yoga Therapy Michelle Fleming personally her rates start at $100 per hour. In home visits are available and extra charges will apply.
Any of these options will begin your transformation to better health, more mobility, flexibility and strength, and a calmer, more peaceful mind.
