You are invited to a one of a kind workshop with Anne Jolles, award-winning life coach and Grace Trail resiliency model creator, and Michelle Fleming, transformational yoga and bodywork expert and owner of Sanctuary Yoga.
Who: A limited number of participants will experience the wisdom and power of the Grace Trail resiliency model, while incorporating yoga into each step.
What: An experiential workshop where you not only “walk” the Grace Trail but also experience the movement and energy of grace throughout the day with yoga and other transformational activities. Can you imagine exploring gratitude and then assuming positions that actually open your heart? Or, learning how to release and let go and then participating in yoga movements that actually encourage letting go? Each step of the Grace Trail will be partnered with these yogic experiences.
Where: The beautiful Sanctuary Studios in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Lunch is included.
