You are invited to a one of a kind workshop with Anne Jolles, award-winning life coach and Grace Trail resiliency model creator, and Michelle Fleming
, Transformational yoga and bodywork expert and owner of Sanctuary Studios.
When: Saturday, October 21st, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Registration begins at 9:30 AM.
Who: A limited number of participants will experience the wisdom and power of the Grace Trail resiliency model, while incorporating yoga into each step. This workshop is open and welcoming to anyone who wants to learn more about and experience Grace Trail on a deeper level.
What: An experiential workshop where you not only “walk” the Grace Trail but also experience the movement and energy of grace throughout the day with yoga and other transformational activities (see FAQs below for details). Can you imagine exploring gratitude and then assuming positions that actually open your heart? Or, learning how to release and let go and then participating in yoga movements that actually encourage letting go? Each step of the Grace Trail will be partnered with these yogic experiences.
Where: The beautiful Sanctuary Studios in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Lunch is included. Weather permitting, Anne may set up a short Grace Trail nearby, downtown, for participants to walk a short Grace Trail.

Are you ready to find your footing and move toward the life you were meant to live?
- I’ve never done yoga before. Is that okay? Yes! This workshop is appropriate for all levels of yoga… even if this is your first time trying it. We will adapt it to meet all levels. We’ll be moving around during the movement segment of the workshop, so wear comfortable clothes you can move gently in and get up and down from floor. If you need to sit in a chair and do some gentle movement instead then that is okay, too! During the rest of the workshop, we’ll be sitting in chairs.
