If you are new to the practice, you can start a few different ways.
You might feel confident enough to drop into one of our amazing classes. We suggest you start with a class listed under “beginners” or “relaxing” when first starting a yoga practice, but often people who are looking for a more active approach to the practice and are in good physical health start with an all levels class. Drop-in classes are $15 each.
You might have some specific needs and desires you would like to address such as cardiac problems, joint issues, anxiety and mood disorders, back or knee problems etc. In this case you might consider booking a private lesson with one of our instructors before joining a group class.
