We’re stretching our September Schedule

Whether you’re a brand new student or an experienced Yogi, you’ll find your sweet spot at Sanctuary Studios. We’re so excited to bring you NEW additions this month as we warm up for the cooler weather!

Sundays, beginning September 9

  • New! 10:00 AM : Gentle Yoga with Maura

Mondays, beginning September 10

  • 9:30 AM : Children’s Yoga is off the schedule for the school year… but we’re adding a new class for kids on Thursdays afternoons!
  • New! 4:00 PM : Yoga for Runners with Christina – meet at the studio for a three-mile run, followed by a one-hour yoga class.
  • New! 6:00 PM : Gentle Releasing Flow with Breathwork with Jen
  • New! 6:30 PM : Hot Core Power with Lisa
  • 7:30 PM : Yin Yoga with Jen returns.

Tuesdaysbeginning September 4

  • New! 9:15 AM : Hot Power Yoga with Alison
  • 4:30 PM : Candlelight Flow – kick off your fall season with Gail. A perfect way to find balance as you return to your autumn schedule.
  • There are no more community classes at 6:30 PM. Check back in the spring!

Wednesdays, beginning September 5

  • New! 10:00 AM : Getting Better with Age with Derrell
  • 4:00 PM : Vinyasa Flow with Valerie is no longer meeting.

Thursdays, beginning September 6

  • New! 4:00 PM : Rhythm of Breath with Lauren
  • New! 4:00 PM : Children’s Yoga with Janna (for ages 5-10)  

Fridays, beginning September 7

  • New! 4:00 PM : Restorative Flow with Kathleen 
  • New! 6:00 PM : MELT Your Pain Away with Liz
